As Mary Lewis

Lisa Formhals

Born in Seattle, WA and grew up in Dallas, OR.
Graduated high school and
married Michael Formhals in 1985. She is a home
school mom of 4 beautiful  boys. She has lived all over the world and now in
good ole Ioway thanks to the USAF. Lisa is active in community theater.

Stephanie Weaver

Born in Tacoma, WA oldest of 5 children. Graduated from the
U of WY with a Bachelor’s and
Master’s Degree in business and a minor in music. commissioned by the AF in 2000, graduated from pilot training 2002. Currently a pilot flying the RC-135 at Offutt AFB. She has performed in “Amahl and the Night Visitors”, U of WY Chorale, Grand Ole Players, Refuge and Rest and more!

Joni Haws

The youngest of 7children. Joni grew up in Cache Valley of Utah. She attended Utah State University where she met Daren, her “superman”, they 2 have beautiful children, Tela and Radley. Joni received a drama scholarship upon graduating from high school. She has traveled the world performing.

Clyda Vaterlaus

Clyda is the youngest of 6 children. She says, “Despite the name I am not a German native. She was born and raised in UT. I feel as I’m made to take direction
because that is what I do in my job as an executive assistant.” Of performing Clyda says, “This is my first adventure back on stage since high school”

Dennis Bell

Dennis is a native to Iowa. He
sings with the Belair singers, has performed in “A Christmas Carol” and “Cinderella” at the Port City Theater of Bremerhaven, West Germany. He has sung 14 yrs. with the Omaha, Symphony Community Holiday Chorus. He and his wife Gail have 6 children and 9 grandchildren.

Garold Bell

Born in Denver, CO, he and his
wife Kris have three children and three grandchildren. Garold hasa BS degree in Business Admin.of Technical Services. He hasperformed in, “Refuge and Rest”,and “From Cumorah’s Hill” He plays the guitar, banjo and loves to sing!

Brad Mattson

Born in Montpelier, Idaho, was a resident of Bear Lake, Idaho. Brad is married with 5 children and 5 grandchildren with one more on the way. Brad has performed in High School and Church plays.

Dirk Waller

Dirk is an Iowa native and high
school Social Studies teacher and speech coach at Abraham Lincoln High School. He has a Bachelor’s in Education from Northwest Missouri State at Maryville. He has been performing since his years in high school.

John Schmidt

John is 20 years old and a
music major at Iowa Western
Community College. At IWCC
he has performed in “Joseph
and the Amazing Technicolor
Dream Coat” and “Cabaret”.
He has also played in
“Oklahoma”, “Guys and Dolls”,
and the “Wizard of OZ at
St. Alberts.

John Shadley

John was born in CouncilBluffs soon after it was renamed from Kanesville... at least that’s what he tells his family. He has an Associate in Arts degree.
He says, “I’ve been married to my wonderful wife for 14 years... we have 5 living children and soon a total of
15 grandchildren”. John has
performed in “Li’l Abner”,“Eh”, “I RememberMomma”,
“Westside Story” and other
Kanesville “Pageants”.

Cathrin is a Nebraska
native, she loves life, learning, children & youth, music, her family and the gospel! Cathi and her husband Jerry have 3
extraordinary youngin’s:
Rebecca, Rachel and Owen.  Cathi is active in Church activities using
her talents for skits and
other presentations.

Shelley Broyles

Shelley was born in Riverside, CA.  She is the mother of three children, Jonathan, Mikaila, and Tessa.  She married Daniel, a native of Omaha, in 1991 in the Denver, CO, Temple.  She is currently living in Olathe , KS.  She has performed 10 years with the Mormon chorale, the Regional Choir in Kansas City.

Jerry Bond

Jerry says, "I'm not a politician or lawyer - I am a third generation dairy farmer - running for Legislature in Nebraska's 2nd District."  He is a scoutmaster, coach, 4-H leader, and as he says, "most importantly, a husband and father of 3 children."  He was born in Nebraska and raised on the family farm called, "The Bonderosa".
 

Craig Simmons

Born in Miami, FL, in 1960.  Craig has a BS in Comp. Info.
Sys. at Bellevue University. He says, “I have a truly magnificent wife and 6 soon to be 7 fantastic children ages 5 - 13. We all enjoy being together and helping each other”. Craig has performed in several small dinner theater murder mysteries.

Rachel Eva Bond

“I was born with a smile on myface... and my personality hasn’t changed!” At Syracuse High sheis in band, choir, dance team, drama, and speech team. She says of her family, “I feel so blessed to have a family that continually helps me to be a better person and supports me.They are my best friends, along with my Savior Jesus Christ”.

Sarah Gishwiller

Sarah was born in Papillion NE.  She is home schooled by her, “very supportive” parents. She has 2 sisters and 2 brothers.She will graduate from “Gishwiller Academy” next year and  then it is on to BYU Idaho,
where she hopes to obtain a
degree in music.

UT. He married Clyda Ann
Ellis on May 25, 2002. He
has a BA in Political
Science from BYU and
a Law degree from
Creighton University.
John has been in other
Church shows but this
is his first musical.

Al Seifert

Al is a native of Omaha. He has performed in Branson,
MO, and 10 years in Omaha
singing country music. He has appeared in the Red Barn Opry in Omaha and in the True Value County Showdown and at other Omaha locations.

Owen Otis Bond

Owen has earned the rank of
Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America! He has always strived to be a straight “A” student and has continued to naturally pursue many areas in the field of science. Owen plays baseball, basketball, swims
and runs cross-country, plays the trombone and finds time to be active in 4-H as well!

Andrew Cox

Andrew was born in 1991. He attends Bellevue West High School. He’s the oldest of seven children, six boys and one girl. Andrew has been a member of the Show Choir in Logan Middle School, and now sings with Bellevue West’s Explosion!

play the piano. He
has played in “Winnie the
Pooh”, and thinks acting
is fun!

Justin Meneses

Justin Roy was born March 22,
1998 in Provo, UT. He lived in
Portugal for 2 years. He enjoys
drawing and loves super hero
costumes. He is learning to fish.
Justin Roy volunteers to sing to his
many “adopted grandparents” at
Woodbridge Assisted Living
facility in Plattsmouth, NE.

Sariah was born Dec. 18, 2001. She 4 years old! Her family started in Flagstaff, AZ where her mom and dad grew up. Two years ago her family came here to Omaha so her dad could go to Dental School. She says, “Daddy
is doing a great job of taking care of me and my two sisters.” She loves playing with her friends!

Victoria Simmons

Victoria was born in Omaha,
NE on May 3rd 1997. She is 9
years old and will be going into
the 4th grade at Leonard
Lawrence Elementary School
in the Fall. She loves
gymnastics, dance, piano, and
of course, theater!

Mikaila Broyles

Born in Provo, UT in 1992, She has a brother and a
sister. She lives in Olathe, KS. She is a freshman involved in drama club,
band, choir. Her last
play was Alice Thru the Looking Glass, she played the role of Alice.

Andrew Simmons

Born in Omaha, NE, April 17, 1994. Andrew is 12 years old and will be a 7th grader at Mission Middle School in
Bellevue, NE. He plays the
piano and saxophone. He is
a 1st Class Scout who enjoys playing football and baseball.

She is a “Professional
Mom”, who loves to sing, sew, quilt, garden, swim

Melissa was born in Omaha, NE on January 18, 1999. she is 7years old. Melissa is the 5th
child of 6. She enjoys ballet &
tap dance as well as learningto play the piano. She will be in
the 2nd grade at Leonard
Lawrence Elementary in the Fall.

Born in Payson, UT while
her father was at BYU. When
visiting her family stationed with the AF in the Azores, Portugal, she met her husband Justin. They have 3 children. Athena, preformed in high school, at BYU, with a traveling troupe called, “Voices of New Day” and
directed “Forgotten Carols” for two seasons.

Shayla Mattson

Born in Murray Utah, Shayla
is in the 9th grade. She has 3 sisters, 1 brother, 3 nieces,2 nephews. She is excited to be an aunt! Shayla has performed in several plays.

Krista Green

Krista was born in Tokyo, Japan. She attends Bellevue
West High School where she sings in the school’s top choir as well as the “Girls Glee” group. Both these groups went to district competition this past year and both received a superior rating.

Chris Bell

Kris was born and raised in Iowa. She has a BA in music.
She has 3 children and 3 grand-children. Kris has been in many productions, such as “Refuge and Rest”, and “From Cumorah’s Hill”. She was also a director of the Winter Quarters Temple Dedication Choir.

Emily was born on
December 8, 1992. She has four sisters, six brothers, and
two nieces. She recently  finished the 7th grade. She
likes the piano and is learning to play.

Kimberlee Simmons

Kimberlee was born in Atlantic, IA. She is going to be a freshman at Bellevue West
High School in the Fall. She enjoys dancing, playing the
piano, clarinet, and saxophone.  Playing sports is placed high
on her list of interests.

Carol was born in MA. She has a cosmetology license from CA. She has 1 son and daughter that gave her 1 grandson and granddaughter.
She is married to a wonderful man who was married before so between them they have 3 daughters and 1 son. Together they have 3 granddaughters and 4 grandsons. She danced with a Polynesian dance troop from 1987-2002. Sang with Sweet Adeline's before moving to NE. and is currently a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. 

Emily Arnall

Emily was born in Hollywood, CA, and she says, "she has been a dramatic girl ever since."  She has performed with the Flagstaff, Swingers, and in "West Side Story" and "Cinderella".  Her family settled in Flagstaff, AZ, where she met her husband when she was just 6 years old.  They married in 2000.  Here in Omaha, her husband is attending Creighton's Dental School.

high school. She has performed

Abigal just turned 3 years old. Herfavorite things are daddy - daughter dates, and cookin’ with mommy. Sheloves her sisters and primary teachers. She says, “I’m so glad I could do thisplay because Grandpa and Grandma Miller are coming to see it!” and, “Ilove my pretty dress and am so gladI could meet Justin! I want to marry him!” l

Spencer Simmons

Spencer was born in Omaha,
NE, on May 17, 1995.
Spencer is now 11 years old
and will be attending the 6th
grade in the Fall. He enjoys
scouts, and is a tenderfoot.
He loves to sing and enjoys
learning to play the piano.
Spencer was in the production,
“A Christmas Carol” at the
Omaha Community Playhouse.

Jordon Hettinger

Jordon is the father of 4 and
grandfather of 23! He always has
loved music and it has played a
major part in his life. He is a memberof Nebraska Choral Arts, sings inbarber shop groups, and has beena solo performer in the BellevueLittle Theater.
